By using My Online Estate Agent we do require you to undertake your conveyancing with us. This is because we know and trust our conveyancing partner’s systems and processes which provides you with a smooth and easy way to sell your house.

Please remember, if you select one of our sales packages, and you subsequently choose not to use our recommended conveyancing provider, there is a surcharge of £300 to opt-out of this service

Our starter package costs £1. This package provides a basic package where your property can get advertised on the main property portals. Many of our customers tend to upgrade their packages so that their houses get more exposure and, in general, sold much quicker. It is entirely optional whether you upgrade or not.

All our pricing is transparent. In the instance that your property fails to attract a buyer or you cancel your listing before the agreed term, we reserve the right to charge the following.

The sales or letting packages offered by My Online Estate Agent are not offered on an exclusive basis. You are free to market your property with another estate agent at the same time although we strongly advise you to read their terms and conditions carefully (for example checking any exclusivity provisions or additional charges these may involve).

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is to record how energy efficient your property is. This allows prospective buyers, tenants, owners, occupiers, and purchasers to see information on the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions from their property, so they can consider energy efficiency and fuel costs as part of their investment.

It is a legal requirement that the homeowner must have an EPC before listing their property. We cannot market any properties for sale or to let that do not have a valid energy performance certificate. Don’t worry, we can arrange this for you. They last for 10 years and we can do them in a few days for just £89.
