My Online Estate Agent featured in The Mail on Sunday

This weekend, My Online Estate Agent customers Richard and Bethan Smith shared their story with The Mail on Sunday of how they saved £1,000 on estate agent fees by choosing an online estate agent over a high street estate agent.

In an article titled “How to sell your home – without paying fat fees to estate agents”, their story was one example of ways homeowners are cutting costs when it comes to selling.

Richard was initially unsure about using an online agent because he only owned a 50% share in the property, with the other half owned by a company as part of an affordable housing scheme. They needn’t have worried though, as they completed on the sale of their house within 6 months from start to finish.
