The website, www.myonlineestateagent.com from hereon in referred to as My Online Estate Agent may request on occasion that you submit personal information about yourself, this could include name, email addresses, date of birth etc in order to receive or use services on our website. These services may include newsletters, competitions, alerts, live chats, blogs, memberships, support services etc.
When you enter your details into these fields on My Online Estate Agent or by whatever other means My Online Estate Agent has used to contact you (phone, email, live chat ect) you will enable My Online Estate Agent to provide you a variety of services. My Online Estate Agent will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current internet best practice. If at any time you have concerns over your data then we advise you contact us and we will be happy to explain this further or if requested remove you from updates on future services.

If you wish to have a copy of the personal information that we hold about you, please write to the Company Secretary, setting out your request and enclosing a £10 administration fee, payable to My Online Estate Agent. You will need to be able to evidence your identity.
6. Age restrictions
If you are aged 16 or under then you must have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian before using any services on My Online Estate Agent. If you have not got permission then you are not allowed to use any of our services.
