Our Sales Service:

Call us on 0333 240 2712 or order your package online. Choose from one of our great value low fixed fee options and save money on expensive high street estate agent commission. With all of our options we provide the sort of service you would expect from a really good high street estate agent, the only difference is you show people around your home and you pay a much lower fee.

Once your order is received, we will call to book in a time to visit your property. It is mandatory that we visit your property before placing it on the market.

If you have selected the Professional Photography, Floorplans and/or Property Description, we will organise photos, drawing up a floorplan, writing a description and produce an EPC if required.

Together we will agree the sales price you want to market your property for. If you want help with this before signing up to our service we'll be happy to assist.

We advertise your home over our network of property websites with millions of monthly property searches.

Viewings are booked and recorded via the MOEA automated online system. When an offer is received for your home we help negotiate the best possible price for you and help you choose the best offer and buyer on those occasions when multiple offers are received.

Once we have a buyer for your property that you are happy to proceed with we are there to support you through to the completion of your sale just as any good high street estate agent would. We have a team of experienced estate agents on hand to help with the sales process to ensure you find the best buyer and your sale progresses smoothly. We're not one of those faceless internet companies and you can always calls us for help and advice.

Our Lettings Service:

Our letting service is quick and easy to use and on average generates enquiries from 21 interested tenants per property. We advertise your property on our network of property websites. Many of out landlords are repeat customers as they love the service so much!

Create your advert by entering the address of the property you are letting, the rental price, a description of the property and upload up to 10 photos. If you want us to take the photos and/or produce an EPC for your property we'll call to arrange a convenient time to come out to your property.

When you are happy with your advert follow the instructions to the secure online checkout to make payment. You can make changes to your advert at any time by simply logging into your account. We have an automated feed to our full partner network and changes are reflected within 24 hours.

Your advert will be live across Rightmove and our full partner network within 48 hours.

We field all tenant enquiries by phone and email. We pass on your contact details to the tenant and with permission we'll pass on their contact details to you so you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for viewings. Every time we share your contact details with a tenant we'll email you to let you know. When a tenant makes an enquiry about a property via the request details form on Rightmove, your contact details will be instantly emailed to them using our unique tenant management system and at the same time an email will be sent to you to let you know.

Once you have found the right tenants and agreed a price we will undertake an optional full tenancy screening free of charge. Referencing options available can include a) credit file check b) previous landlord rent references c) employer's income reference. Please discuss your exact rerquirements with a member of the MOEA service team. We charge the tenant £115 inc VAT and send you the full report. It is highly recommended all tenants contributing to rent are referenced, this will help limit your risk as a landlord of letting your property to tenants who may default on rent payments. Please note that in Scotland the landlord must pay for these checks.
